One complete at-home math practice system covering Grades 1–9, designed to help children build skills step by step through short, consistent daily practice.
MIC Study began at home.
Like many parents, we wanted our daughter to build confidence in math through consistent daily practice. We started with Kumon because we believed in the principle behind the program: small amounts of focused work, completed regularly, can help children strengthen their skills over time.
But maintaining the program became difficult for our family.
Between school, activities, busy evenings, illness, and everyday life, keeping up with a fixed practice schedule often created more pressure than progress. Even when our daughter needed a break, the work continued to accumulate.
The financial commitment was another important factor. Our family was spending approximately $200 a month for a practice routine that still had to be completed primarily at home, with our involvement.
We also realized that we were not the only family facing this challenge. Several friends loved the idea of structured daily math practice for their children, but the recurring cost made programs like Kumon difficult, or simply impossible, to access.
That made us ask a simple question:
If the most valuable part is consistent practice at home, why couldn't parents have an affordable, flexible and clearly structured way to support it themselves?
Eventually, we left Kumon and began creating the resource we wished we had: a complete, grade-by-grade math practice system that families could use at their own pace.
That idea became MIC Math Momentum.
MIC Study helps parents create a calm daily math habit without appointments, travel, monthly fees or the pressure to keep going when family life gets in the way. Children complete a short, focused practice set, parents use the answer key to review it with them, and mistakes become opportunities to learn, not reasons for stress.
The goal is simple:
Practise. Review. Reflect. Correct. Then continue when your family is ready.
It is not about recreating school at home or filling every evening with worksheets. It is about helping children stay connected to math through manageable practice that can fit into real family life.
Because consistency matters, but consistency should also be sustainable.
One flexible program. Grades 1–9. Approximately ten calm minutes a day.
The Grades 1–9 collection provides families with a clear progression, complete answer keys and the flexibility to pause, repeat or continue without falling behind a fixed schedule.
Created by a parent, for families who want a calmer way to keep math moving forward.

Cramming a big worksheet once a week rarely sticks. A short daily loop does - kids build the habit, catch mistakes early, and carry real confidence into the next set. Ten calm minutes a day beats an hour of pressure.
A short, focused set every day - small enough to actually finish before dinner.
Check the answer key together and see what stuck. No red pens, no stress.
Spot the one tricky question - the skill that needs a little more attention.
Fix it before moving on, so gaps never quietly pile up week after week.
Every grade, in order, from early counting all the way to Grade 9 algebra.
Practise, Review, Reflect, Correct - baked in so the daily loop is automatic.
Clear worked answers so any parent can check work in seconds.
Print at the kitchen table or work on-screen - whatever suits the day.
60 non-math after school activities for kids
Coverage, not worksheet volume - one library that grows with your child, year after year.
A habit small enough to keep - and it grows with your child, grade by grade.
Practise · Review · Reflect · Correct, in every unit.

"Ten minutes actually gets done. Long worksheets used to end in tears, the short daily set is small enough that my son just sits down and finishes it."
"So much less pressure at home. Catching the one tricky question each day instead of a whole test at the end has taken the fear out of math for her."
